about me

I believe in a world where every woman who wants to be a mother becomes one.

Deciding to study Chinese medicine and acupuncture was a return to my roots: I was born in China and my mother was a Chinese medicine doctor. I grew up drinking herbs whenever I got sick and they always worked.

I spent countless hours after school with my mother in the Chinese hospital where she worked, absorbing her methods and watching her heal patients. After we moved to the U.S. when I was 11, I decided to follow in my father’s footsteps and study engineering.

It wasn’t until my own struggle with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) that I began to pursue a career in traditional Chinese medicine myself. A Western medical doctor had told me that I should go on birth control and that I might not be able to get pregnant. I chose to take a different path.

After graduating from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a M.S. in Traditional Oriental Medicine in 2008, I opened Inner Peace Acupuncture for Women in Charlotte, NC. That’s when I discovered my calling to support women in getting pregnant.

Since then, I’ve earned my doctorate, developed the Practically Fertile® methodology, launched a line of fertility elixirs called Two Elefants, and helped hundreds of women have healthy pregnancies.

I believe there is no such thing as “unexplained infertility.” There is always a reason why conception isn’t happening. I help women get to the root of their challenges, find answers, and become mothers.

My approach is practical and straightforward. My protocols don’t require drastic changes. Sometimes, it just takes a few simple adjustments to fix hormonal imbalances and get pregnant.

I believe every woman is just one cycle away from getting pregnant—you’re practically there!
