Is spotting before your period something to worry about?

Spotting is a sign of instability of the uterine lining.  Stability of lining is one of the 10 parameters of a fertile cycle.  It offers clues for us as to where your energy is stuck.

A lot of women inside our private FB group totally freak out when they see some type of spotting. 

It's understandable...especially if it’s right before your period.  You’ve been praying that your period doesn’t start.  And when you see red, it’s like a huge let down because you’re thinking "there is another month of disappointment."
