Happy Thanksgiving to those listeners in the United States and Happy Thursday to those from around the world!

I feel like the practice of gratitude is so underrated as one of the ways to boost emotional health.  It’s also so over-used that I think a lot of people just roll their eyes now and don’t really believe that it does anything.

On this day when it’s customary to give thanks and think about what we’re grateful, I’m going to talk to you about how the practice of gratitude can boost your health and fertility, backed by scientific studies.

I also want to challenge you to start the practice daily rather than wait for that one holiday a year to express it.  I’m going to start a gratitude journal today for myself and I hope you’ll join me.
