Welcome to episode 4!

So I’m back from D.C. and had an amazing time!  Many of you wonder if and how I stay on track with my diet and lifestyle while on vacation.  Vacations for some people is a time to relax, let loose and “cheat” on their diets.  My husband certainly does this.  As he is eating a chocolate cake he’ll say “it’s vacation.”

I’ve often wondered why people think that vacation is a green light to be unhealthy.

I think it’s the principle of “everything in moderation is ok.”  I used to be a fan of this, but now I’m finding that I’m wrong, and moderation may be preventing us from achieving our goals.
